Clifton Gardiner, LLC has been engaged to sell this very profitable station group consisting of three FM's, two AM's and three FM translators.
The stations are very well equipped and maintained and include most of the tower sites and office buildings.
The area is well known for Winter snow tourism and is called "Big Snow Country". The markets are surrounded by Lake Superior and also boasts hundreds of inland lakes with hugh Summer tourism.

The stations generate significant revenue from Marquette, Michigan and Duluth, Minnesota. Among the dozens of towns covered are Houghton, Hancock, Calumet, Ontonagon, Ironwood, Michigan and Hurley, Ashland, Park Falls and Minocqua, Wisconsin, the North shore of Minnesota and all the way up to Thunder Bay, Canada.
The stations and their real property are offered on an asset sale basis for five times broadcast cash flow on a three-year average.
